Synopsis
Break through the pane and you can open the window within. The debut feature film from A24’s youngest up and coming director, twenty-year-old Kane Parsons, BACKROOMS is a psychological horror that will have you questioning those in-between places in everyday life. Inspired by the viral YouTube short films Parsons created in his teens under the alias Kane Pixels, The Backrooms (Found Footage) and with gripping performances from Oscar winner Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years a Slave) and Oscar nominated Renate Reinsve (Sentimental Value), BACKROOMS will have you on the edge of your seat.
